This was from September 18th...I know, I am behind again. My sister and I participated in the Jail Break run. (http://www.runthejailbreak.com/) It was a 3.8 obstacle/mud run. It was a blast and I think we are going to go back next year. We have been trail running, so this was right up our alley. I don't think my mud really showed up in the pictures. I promise I was dirty! I washed my shoes and had to vacuum the washing machine after they came out! I am saving those shoes for the warrior dash in April. (http://www.warriordash.com/) They are going to be my muddy racing shoes.
