Happy Birthday Nana and DaDaw!

Glade and Marie have birthdays that are only about a month apart and they are the same age. We thought it would be fun to have a little birthday cake! Thanks for a great visit!

Trampoline fun

Nick's parents came to Texas to see our new house. They wanted to get the kids a house warming present and they decided on a trampoline. The kids were so excited. They could hardly wait to get it put together. I am happy that it has a net, so it will be a lot safer for the kids. I think trampolines are great for getting kids outside! We are planning a family camp out on it as soon as we have a nice night. Thanks Nana and Dadaw!

Piano

We finally have enough space for a piano! I took lessons as a kid and I am anxious to start learning again. The kids have had a blast pounding away. I really hope that they will all be able to play when they are older. Blake is almost old enough to start lessons!

Sunday pictures

We thought we should take some time to get some pictures of the kids in their church clothes. All of the kids just got their summer haircuts. Sydney calls her hair "her style!"

Sorry

I know that I have gotten really behind on my blogging. We are into our new house. We are in, but far from settled! I feel like their is so much to do before my life will be in order again. I can't wait to get everything done. Will it ever be?

Texas Rangers Game

A bunch of people from our new ward went to the Texas Ranger's game this past week. It was our first proffessional game where we took all the kids. We all had a really good time. We even stayed for all 11 innings and we won in overtime! It was a late night and we lost one of Trey's shoes, but it was worth it!

Blake is playing for the Reds!

Blake has had a great season of T-ball. He has been getting better and better at hitting and he is great on the field. He has been getting a lot of outs during every game and gets a lot of complements from other parents. Balke is always giving us thumbs up and a smile when ever he has a good play. We are going to be sad when the season is over. He has a great team and great couches.

Great Grandma comes to Texas!

My grandmother came to Texas for a visit. She came with her sister and her husband and Grandma's boyfriend Cliff. I had a good time with them, but things were a little crazy because we had to be out of our house at the end of the week they were visiting, so I didn't get to spend as much time with them as I had wanted to. We did make time for a trip for custard though. It was so good seeing everyone! Come back soon!!!

Happy Easter

The Easter Bunny came to our house a day early so that we could just focus on Christ during Easter Sunday. It worked out well for us and the kids had a blast finding eggs with tiff's kids. Here are a few highlights of the day.

Let's Jump

Nana came for a visit and the kids always talk her into a long list of activities. When she comes, they have a planned agenda! One of the things that they like best is going to a huge jump house place. Their are slides for kids of all ages and the moms and dads usually have fun too!

First Top Tooth

Blake lost his first top tooth on March 13th. I was sad to see it go, but I think he looks great! The other one is really loose too, so soon he is going to be a toothless wonder!

Trip to PA

I was able to attend my Grandmother's 75th birthday party in Altoona, PA during a weekend in March. It was so fun to see my parents and little sister, Kendra. I also got to see so many other members of my extended family that I haven't seen in years! It was so nice to catch up with everyone and to have a great weekend trip!
