We used to go camping all the time when we lived in Utah. We would get off work late and still make time to head up the cannon and sleep out with good friends. We haven't been able to camp out as much here, but we did have a great time the other night. The kids were so excited. We went to Mineral Wells State park, which is about an hour away. We had a great time hiking and just being together. We will definitely have to go more often, it was just so much fun...but next time we are not going to forget my pillow, matches, and a lantern...Oops!

I'm so jealous you get to camp in MARCH! We've had some nice weather, but it's still way too cold for camping.
How fun... the kids are getting sooo big
Isn't it so nice to just get away from the city and see the stars again? Sounds like fun, except for leaving without your pillow. Not fun to sleep that way at all!
