Nick had a work conference in Las Vegas the last week of November and his mom volunteered to watch our kids so that I could go too. We had such a good time together. We stayed at the Venetian and we went and saw Phantom of the Opera. It was really good. My favorite part was just spending quality alone time with Nick.

Sounds like a great get away. Brock and I are going to Hawaii in January. I am really excited. I have never left my girls for a whole week before so that will be hard but I sure am excited to have some time with just Brock. It is really needed in a marriage.
