What I have been doing...

I am in the middle of another busy tax year...which means my children, spouse, and home are all being neglected until mid April. Pray for our sanity!

Good Times and Burned Faces!

Here are some shots that we got before heading home. Notice our burned cheeks. Poor Sydney got it the worst. We will have sun screen on next time for sure!

Swimming in the Snow

Another highlight of Park City is swimming outside in the snow. The kids get such a kick out of it. They look forward to it all year long! Of course we had to prove that we were part Swedish by rolling in the snow before jumping into the hot tub. We even got DaDaw to do it this year.

We had such a great time skiing in Park City this year. All the kids skiied and they are improving so much! I think I should take a lesson with Blake next time or he is going to be better than me! We had both Sydney and Blake going down some intermediate hills and they did great! Trey was still most comfortable holding on to someone's pole, but both Sydney and Blake were independent. It was just so fun being able to be out their with my kids. It was a great way to spend my 30th birthday!

Packers - Super Bowl Champs

Nick grew up in Wisconsin and he is a die hard Packers fan. It was so hard to be in Fort Worth when they were playing in the Super Bowl, but tickets were outragous. We had a good time watching from home. Blake and Nick were so cute celebrating together.

Texas Snow Storm

At the beginning of February, Texas was blasted with Artic air and lots of snow and ice. We didn't have school for four days! I think that was a record.
